These automatic band saw machines are ideal for the usage in mass production, where different sizes of metals are cut in same length in batch quantity on daily basis and without any interruption.

For cutting the metal, the desired length of cutting piece can be set on the machine, while the quantity of cutting pieces can be programmed in PLCs. Once bar is loaded on the machine, required number of cutting pieces can be obtained automatically without the attention of operator.

Numerically Controlled Menu Driven (DC NC)

Automatic blade speed selection, which depends upon the type of material to be cut.
Automatic cutting arm positioning that depends upon the size of the material to be cut.
Automatic cut length setting.
Facility to program 99 types of jobs having different bar sizes, materials composition, cut length required and No. of pieces to be cut with priority of cutting facility.
Continuous indication of feed rate and status of height of material remained to cut.
Auto stop when worn-out blade deflects while cutting, due to wear to avoid taper cutting (optional feature).

Automatic Metal Cutting Bandsawing Machine

We offer our sturdy and heavy-duty automatic metal cutting bandsawing machines, which are exclusively engineered against vertical type of metal cutting machines. These machines have capability to successfully remove the limitations of mass production application.

These bandsawing machines are of first kind, which feature variable Kant angle from 00 to 60. Allowing different shapes and profile cutting without any difficulty. Whereas all other machines available in the market are equipped with fixed Kant angle.

We manufacture these machines in semi automatic as well as fully automatic form, which come with following specifications:

Semi Automatic --In these machines clamping, indexing, tilting, table positioning, job positioning are manual, however blade tension is hydraulic.
Fully Automatic - In these machines hydraulic clamping, auto indexing, sequencing and blade tension are hydraulic.

Salient Features

No need to re-position the cutting stock for right hand and left hand cutting, as whole cutting head rotates on an accurate rotary platform which allows 90-450 on right hand side and 90-300. (Total 600) on left hand side with 0.5 mm least count. This feature allows least angular end cut wastage with minimum setting time.
Rotary platform of these machines has 150 interval and hydraulic dowel locks for quick setting in manual mode. Other angular position can be fixed referring to the graduated scale fitted on the rotary platform.
Variable Kant angle of these machines can be maintained as 00, 20, 40 and 60 depending upon the cutting material profile shapes to optimize productivity. Rotating hand wheel can make the changes, as cutting arm is hinged on sliding arm which guides in two vertical hardened & ground chrome plated columns. With the increased Kant angle, blade life improves substantially as tooth contact is minimized in case of flat surfaces.
Right angle joints (photo frame type) can be prepared very comfortably with virtually no loss of material. Symmetrical profiles at 450 angle can be cut for both the ends without changing the position of the job.
The machine is provided with fix blade guide at fix jaw side, whereas moving blade guide is provided which can be set to desired position depending upon the cut length. Automatic motorized angular positioning by shaft encoder having higher angular accuracy (optional).
Auto indexing up-to 1000 mm in single stroke can be provided for cutting higher length by multi indexing automatically.
