ITL Premier M-42
The ITL Premier Blade is designed for covering a vast range of cutting applications and to provide maximum efficiency in sawing wear-resistant tool steels has been used. These are completely imported from Japan and Germany.

The blade's tough M-42 cobalt edge resists heat and abrasion, while the varied pitch tooth form expands the ranges of sizes and shapes that can be sawed successfully without changing blades.

M-51 grade Band Saw blades and Carbide Tipped Band Saw Blades are also available for cutting very tough materials like Stainless Steel, Die-Steel, chrome bars etc.

We also supply carbide tipped bandsaw blades, which are mostly used for sawing different tough alloys like cobalt, nickel, zirconium and titanium based metal etc. These blades provide the alloys extremely good surface finish. Higher cutting rates can be achieved in cutting SS, High Alloy and Tool Steels.

TCT (Tungsten Carbide Tipped)/ Cermet Saws
These Saws (carbide tip brazed) are especially distinguished by their thin cutting width. Special brazing technology leads to a higher braze joint strength and therefore teeth are firmly attached to the plate. These are completely imported in finished form from Germany and Japan and sold under the ITL Brand name.

They are available in coated and non-coated type for various applications like ferrous, non-ferrous material, solid & tube cutting etc. The output cutting rate possible is more than 5 times than of Band saw technology. The cutting finish is also of very high dimensional accuracy (better than Ra 1.6).

These saws can be re-grinded to a very good finish level several times at very low cost to achieve highest efficiency in reducing cutting costs.

Re-sharpening of TCT Cutters
The CNC facility for re-grinding these TCT (or Cermet) saws is available with ITL in-house from M/s. Vollmer Germany.

HSS cutters are also available for cutting tubes and solids. They are available with standard coating for producing high performance and extended tool life.
